Orders & Payments
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation is sent once payment is received or COD is accepted.
- We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI, and Net Banking (via Razorpay) where available.
- Failed or incomplete online payments may result in order cancellation.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout. Delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or events beyond our control are not grounds for cancellation unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
